Doc says "TTC may take 1 year, 2 years...who knows" - looking for a bit more hope/positivity than that!? Help!?
First off stress will make this all more difficult. Second after one month there is no reason to be freaking out already. Average healthy couples can take up to a year to conceive. I'm 21 my husband 23 and it took us 8 months to conceive. Everyone I had spoke to about it, doctor wise, says after 12 months of trying they will then test for infertility and such. When we began trying for a baby I was tracking my ovulations and such and the month I stopped worrying about it and relaxed I got pregnant. You really need to just not worry about it because that's a natural way of telling your body it's not ready and it seriously will make it harder to get pregnant.
