How can I get my gym teachees to stop listening to the boys?

Tell the gym teacher it is sexual discrimination and it is illegal. Gym classes at the school I went to were segregated until Senior year. I played football with the guys and most of my friends went for tennis (which I didn't like) we actually beat the football team in gym class when I played it was great!!
