Texas unemployment question?

Do the smaller companies that probably handle the UI claims, even bother sending info back to the company??.. or is it the larger ones that seem to be more complacent. I had a friend that worked for the same company I did for over a year, and she wasn't making deposits regularly, and wasn't reporting wrong doings by her co worker.. she had no problem getting unemployment
