Why is this the final season of House of Payne?

Why would they end this series when it's on top? They just reached the 210th episode. That's more than Good Times or Sanford and Son. What is the reason for this? I am not African American, but because of my past, I can relate to just about every one of these episodes. Is this the doings of Tyler Perry or TBS? Seems to me that there should be some kind of petition to keep this show going.
