I think I had implantation yesterday because now Im not feeling any of what I felt yesterday. Help?

Im 7 dpo and yesterday My lower right side of My abdomen kept having sharp but not really painful twinges and or cramping (no spotting) but it lasted for about 3 to 4 hours it actually didn't hurt but it was there like right on my right ovary or by it. Trust me it wasn't ovulation I know when I ovulate I use opk's and I know when my cycles come it doesn't come for another week and a day. Do you think it was implantation ? And can the egg implant on the right side ? Any experience ? Thanks !
