Repost From Yesterday. Please Answer!?

I have been TTC#2 for only one cycle. I used a OPK, got a postive on the 18th and had sex right after the test. We had sex every other day before we got the positive. Im just wondering if my chance are good? Im new to the TTC club lol, our first was a much wanted suprise lol. Thanks to anyone that can help!
