2 pos OPK, neg HPT.. 17 DPO and no AF, what's the deal?

AF is two days late, I got positives on OPK the past two days (using CB digital), but BFN on HPT this morning (not even a faint line!). Bloated, tired & hungry all the time, and breasts tender, but no other symptoms. I am 17 DPO, assumed an early response would have picked it up by now if I am pregnant? Any of you ladies ever had to wait longer than this for a BFP? This is drivin me nuts lol...
