How much should i get i was in a mva and have soft tissue damage and phycological problems?

i was a passenger of a car accident and im not to sure how much i will get. i have soft tissue damage in my back and have problems with doings lots of things eg. cleaning sitting for periods of times. i cant do any activities i use to do. i also suffer now from phycological issues and get very anxious in the car. does anyone have an idea on what i may get? money is nt enough i will neva be the same agin thanks
