I think I had implantation cramping yesterday and just now I felt it again. Could this be implantation?

Im 7 dpo and yesterday My lower right side of My abdomen kept having sharp but not really painful twinges and or cramping (no spotting) but it lasted for about 3 to 4 hours it actually didn't hurt bad but it was there like right on my right ovary or by it and just a few minutes ago I felt the sharp pain again. Trust me it isn't ovulation I know when I ovulate I use opk's and I know when my cycles come it doesn't come for another week and a day. Do you think it was implantation ? And can the egg implant on the right side ? Any experience ? I also had sore bbs at 3 dpo both of these are new to me at least the sharp pain thing is, I usually get sore bbs at 10 dpo.. Thanks !
