Miscalculated dpo on previous question?

I posted a question yesterday and have since looked at my journal again and I got a positive opk 6 days ago (today) not 4. Anyways, I am have had cramping like I get right before I start. I have continual ewcm. And nauseated. I have not gotten sick ... Went to dr today just to check and everything came back normal. Said too early even for their tests to detect hcg. Has anyone had symptoms of pregnancy so early? I feel like this could be the month I get a bfp but I'm trying not to get my hopes up since we have been ttc for 9 months now.
