Ovulating after only taking 3 clomid pills?

I took Prover 10 mg for days & Clomid 50 mg 5-9. This will be my 4th day of taking clomid. I took opk test yesterday & it was confusing so I took another one this morning & it was positive. I notice I am having creamy white discharge, but its not really stretchy as they say it should be. I am just confused! Could I already be ovulating before I even finish taking clomid?
