Sex 2 days before positive OPK could I be pregnant?

Me and my fiance did the BD early Tuesday morning May 10th around 1 am. I didn't have much CM so we used preseed. I just got my first positive OPK this morning at 7 am which is about 54 hours after sex. My fiance is healthy, has never smoked, drank alcohol, or used drugs, and is physically active/fit. My question is can I still get pregnant even though we only had sex the one time and it was 2 possibly 3 days before ovulation? I'm healthy, don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.
