Ttc?? end of next week will be entering third month?

Is there anything that i can take to improve fertility. Im thinking of vitamins or herbal supplements ...Early 40,s using opk kits,will buy pre conception vitamins this week.Any ideas ,If you havent got anything positive to say dont use your keyboard.
