Could I be pregnant? Help please?

So I am on Loestrin 24 birth control. I have been on it for a little over a year now. I take it @ night around 9pm, and few times a month I will take it a couple hours late, or just forget & double up the next day. This week I was @ my boyfriends (Thursday) & I took my pill exactly @ 9pm. We then had unprotected sex that same night at midnight, 2am, & 3am, all three times he busted in me.. The next night (Friday) I forgot to take my birth control. Then on Saturday morning, I woke up with spotting (which I usually get when I forget to take the pill, but this time it was a very light pink color & gooey.. when its normally dark & thin) Could I possibly become pregnant because of this? I know I need to be more careful and responsible, so please don't lecture me about my wrong doings.. I am just nervous and now don't know what to do?
